The weather was nice, the school wasn't currently under attack from forces not of this universe and they were still in Iceland. Oh yeah, it was day one of the rest of the newbies' lives.

"I think I might prefer your basket," Sam said, shaking his head. "That doesn't require me to possibly freeze my chest off as a welcome. If someone asks you, you gonna take yours off?"

"Maybe," he admitted. "It's not that cold. But I'm not going to just take it off like some of the guys. But you'll get the basket! I promise!"

"I believe you, Bobby," Sam said, waving a hand. "You don't need to convince me, I'm convinced. I believe you. Thanks for thinking of me before you even knew me. Nice of you."

"I just want to be a good fake brother," Bobby told him. "So you gotta let me know if I can help you with anything! Or if stuff doesn't make sense. Cause it usually doesn't, but I can try to help?"

"I've only got a sister so I think anything you do's gonna be good by me," Sam assured him and stuck out his hand. "And you're not gonna make me play dolls or dress up or have a tea party."

Sam paused and eyed Bobby for a second before grinning. "Are you?"

"No way," Bobby exclaimed before shaking Sam's hand. "I mean, not that there's anything wrong with that, but I'd way more likely show you the Observatory on the roof. It's such a cool telescope! Almost professional-level."

"I wouldn't know what to do with one of those besides spin them around on the tripod thing," he admitted with a laugh. "And then I'd break it and you'd get mad and I just don't think I wanna take that chance, Bobby."
