Fandom High Graduation Ceremony, Class of 2011, Saturday Early Evening PART 2!
Once all the graduates had returned to their seats, with their diplomas, Zoe turned to address the audience.
“Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present --- ee da tuo da bien!”
No one should translate that. Just know that it wasn’t Chinese for ‘funky looking red and green spacecraft twice the size of the school that just zoomed in to hover above the lawn.’
A beam of eerie green light shining down from it, straight onto the stage, and from that pool of light stepped... no, surged, a horde of men in hairy, horny helmets, waving battle axes and growling in ...something Nordic? Eric could tell you, if he could make it to the stage, but unfortunately ? Not so much.
Those other beams of light that shot from the ship took care of that issue. Both the audience bleachers and the area of the stage roped off for the faculty were enclosed by shimmering fields of energy that let air and light through, but were frustratingly solid to the touch.
Sadly for the graduates, there was no annoying force-field separating them from the hairy-hatted men -- who were headed straight for the Fandom High Class of 2011.

Re: FIGHT!
She gave a brief glance back at the bleachers, grateful now that Kaoru and Miyako were there - her parents and Kuriko would be safe, even if something happened to that forcefield. That left her free to transform and try to help get rid of these aliens.
Within a few seconds, Blossom was in the air trying to get an idea of where everyone was.
Re: FIGHT!
Spotting Blossom, Hjorvarth cried out, "Fá hérna smá fljúgandi hundur!!" She was the absolute perfect target for a flying axe. "Það er að drepa til að gera!"
[Get down here little flying dog! There is killing to do!]
Re: FIGHT!
She did understand 'flying axe', though, and she twisted out of the way, sending her yo-yo flying out after it to try to lasso it and not let it fall on anyone.
Re: FIGHT!
"Berjast eins og maður!" Hjorvarth shouted, brandishing his sword at the imp in the sky.
[[What is this magical wire? Fight like a man!]]
Re: FIGHT!
She hefted the axe and flew towards him, attempting to cross his sword with the axe blade and move it out of the way so she could get in close and land a kick to his midsection.
Re: FIGHT!
Ugh, too much mead last night. "Þetta er ekki rétt!"
[[It dares fight with my axe? This is not right!]]
Re: FIGHT!
She pulled away, chuckling and shifting the axe in her grip. "I totally like this! It's got a nice weight to it." She cast an appreciative glance at it, then rushed forward again and tried to bring the base handle of the axe down on his head.
Re: FIGHT!
Re: FIGHT!
"You put up a good fight, Smelly, but it's time to go join your sleepy friends so I can help my friends."
