Library, Monday
It was the start of the final week of school, and William was feeling more than a bit apphrensive as he opened up the library. Not about the final exams- those he felt more than confident about. But about graduation, classmates leaving... the possibility that Father O'Brien might at any moment decide to write and announce he was withdrawing his support of William remaining at school.
After being here an entire school year, William most assuredly did not want to leave anytime soon. He knew dwelling on possibilities served little practical purpose, however, and so attempted to concentrate on going over his class notes. Confidence in his grasp of the material or not, it provided a nice distraction, and for that he was grateful.
As for the weekend, especially last night's apparent nuptials... well. He was not dwelling on that either. There was no way that could possibly be considered legally binding, even in this day and age, right?
