Evelyn knocked gently on Tara's door.

"Professor Maclay?"

"Yes, Evelyn." Tara smiles. "Come on in."

Evelyn smiles a little nervously.

"I'm dropping some of my classes as they do not seem to fit with me or who I am." She looks hopeful. "Would there be room for an extra student in one of your Ethics classes?"

Tara nods, smiling. "Of course, although you will need to do a little catch up work. I warn you, though, I've had several students find that this class is more work than they thought it would be. Ethics is designed to challenge your views about the world, and it may get a little confronting at times. If you're willing to take that on, though, I'd love to have you in the class."

Evelyn smiles. "Ma'am, my guardian sent me here because all I did was study and confront the way people felt about things."
