When Alex sat down with his lunch, he spent a good long while staring at the green orange juice. He sniffed it and while it smelled like orange juice, it bore no resemblance to anything green so, naturally, Alex was wary. He didn't think any of the cafeteria people had a reason to seek vengeance against him so he was going to chalk it up to St. Patrick's Day and the cafeteria staff being into the holiday.

So, he took a sip and was satisfied to realize it was just green colored orange juice. Fine, the cafeteria staff were a bunch of smartasses who thought this was funny. Whatever, his juice was still good and Alex would let the staff slide on this one.

And that was then he saw that his hand was slowly turning green. "What the fu -- " His other hand? Doing the same thing. He tried to brush off the coloring but the green just got deeper and deeper. Alex didn't even want to think about how the rest of him must look because his arms were completely green.

"What the hell?!"

Great, he was green and he was in public. That was perfect.

Alex raised an eyebrow. "You really think mom's are gonna be that okay with their daughters dating someone like me?"

"Um. I don't really know what Moms think?" Bobby tried. "I mean - you're nicer than you try to act. I think there are probably a lot worse people for girls to date."

"You never dated a girl before, Bobby?" Alex wondered, raising an eyebrow.

"I dated a girl!" he protested. "Or, I mean, I guess. We didn't really go out. She just pulled me behind stuff and kissed me."

"Pulled you behind stuff and kissed you?" Alex repeated. "Which girl was that? Someone from back homE?"

"Uh, yeah, someone from home. Her name's Dex," Bobby replied uncomfortably.

"And she didn't want to date, she just wanted to put her tongue in your mouth?" Alex guessed.

"Don't make it sound like that!" he argued.

"Why not?" Alex asked, amused. "She stuck her tongue in your mouth, didn't she?"

"...yes," Bobby admitted, glaring at Alex a little.

"So, technically I was right," Alex said, popping a piece of food into his mouth. "You stick your tongue in hers?"

It was too easy to tease Bobby.

"It would be stupid if I didn't!" he retorted. "Like you'd ever not kiss a pretty girl who wants to kiss you!"

"Was she older than you?" Alex wondered, outright laughing now. "You're getting a little touchy here, Bobby."

"I'm not touchy!" Bobby snapped (and thereby proved Alex's point in the way that all younger siblings fell victim to at one time or another). "So what if she was!"

"Nothing!" Alex said, smirking. "Older chicks are hot. I didn't know you liked cougars, Bobby. Way to go, big guy!"

"...what do cougars have to do with anything?" he asked.

"Oh man, you really are young," Alex laughed, shaking his head. "A cougar's slang, kid. It means a girl that tends to go after younger guys. You got caught by a cougar, my friend."

"Oh." Bobby couldn't help the little grin that appeared at that comment. "I'm okay with that."

"Most guys are," Alex laughed, shaking his head. "I'm sure you could find yourself a cougar here too. Lots of older, hot girls around."

"Well, yeah, but that shouldn't be the most important part," Bobby pointed out. "I mean, it'd be really insulting to a girl if someone just wanted to date her cause she's pretty."

"Okay, yeah, we can agree on that," Alex said, nodding and looking down. The green on his hands was starting to fade and he sighed. "There someone around here you'd like to date anyway? Should start there."
