Glee Club, Music Room, Thursday Afternoon [ 03/03 ].

"Okay, guys," Ariel grinned a little bit as after she'd taken a bite out of some of the tropical fruit she'd brought for snacks for this week's meeting, "I might be crazy, but I think I have an idea of something we can do if we want to perform something for parents' weekend coming up. See, the spring break trip, if you ask me, was incredible and we're all really lucky to go to a school that allows us such great opportunities. And I was really into the hula dancing that they did in Hawaii, so I looked into some things and came up with a hula song that maybe, if we started today, we can learn and perform for our guests! We could show them something we've picked up from all the great opportunities Fandom High School gives us, and I think it could be really great to showcase a lot of the club talents. Drumming is really essential, and we've got Blackagar for that; Puck and Alexander and Robin have some really good male vocals and then us girls can also do some singing along with the dancing. It's really easy, I'll show you!"

And, of course, Ariel never had any problem taking up singing and performing, even if only in demonstration.

"So, what do you think? Or, you know, we could just scrap it for another idea or just sing about stuff today like usual, too." She really didn't look like she preferred one way or the other.

The snacks are mostly Hawaii inspired, still. Lots of fruits and bright colored (and unspiked) punch!

Quinn shuddered at the punch, but helped herself to some pineapple and melon to nibble on.

She ... didn't totally hate the idea of a performance. It'd distract her from the fact her parents weren't coming.

Alexander nibbled on some papaya as he considered Ariel's proposal. He certainly couldn't complain, really, which was nice. He half expected her to suggest that the boys should join in on the dancing.
