Today, Fraser wasn't in uniform. He was dressed in light and loose clothing which might have given the class a clue as to what kind of activity they'd be doing.
"Today," he started, "we're going to be taking a look at a sport called sandboarding. In the simplest terms, think of snowboarding but with sand dunes instead of snow. For some, it involves riding across or down a dune while standing with both feet strapped to a board, while others use a board with no binding. In here, we're all going to have our feet strapped to a board. There's no need to risk injuries while we're trying to have fun."
With the premise give, Fraser retrieved a long board that had been on the floor nearby him. He went into explaining the mechanics of the board so everyone would know how to operate one.
"And really, that's all we need to know. As long as we keep our keep strapped to the board, we shouldn't have any issues with injuries or hard falls."
Fraser got the simulation going and the students would find themselves looking at the Great Sand Dunes National Park in beautiful Colorado. "Let's get started."
