At the front desk, Sarah is randomly smacking any frog that comes near her with the hammer Lorelei gave her. Occasionally, she leans over as if a thought has struck her and scribbles something down in her notes with a triumphant smile.

Piper wanders into study hall and begins to read a chapter from her interpersonal com textbook.

Paige sees her sister and walks over to hug her

Piper allows Paige to hug her, surprised, yet happy about it. "What brought that on?"

She shrugs, "I've just missed you that's all. I broke up with Geoff yesterday" she adds sitting down

"I'm sorry to hear that," Piper said sympathetically. "I know how much you care about him."

She smiled at her sister. "I missed you, too."

"we still love each other, but well we decided we just couldn't be together anymore."

She bites her lip and blushes a little "There's sort of someone else."

Piper peered at Paige. "There is?"

Paige nods "yeah Sawyer, he was working at the pub with me and, well he got caught up in a lot of the shit that happened to me over Geoff, only he forgave me and he wants to be with me despite what I did to him."

She sighs "everything was so complicated with Geoff, it's not like that with James."

"Sawyer, huh? He ~~has nice abs~~ seems like an okay guy. I've never met him in person, but he did leave me a voice mail once." Piper grinned. "He did seem awfully concerned about you."

Paige smiles ~~oh you have no idea!~~ "Yeah he was really worried about me on Sunday when the while evil soul thing happened, he bought me flowers and came to see how I was. I think maybe I messed up though, I told him I wanted a casual relationship because of what was going on with Geoff, only now I'm not so sure."

"Maybe you should tell Sawyer how you feel, even if what you feel is confusion," Piper said simply. "It could help you figure out what you want to do."

"Yeah you're right I'm just a little worried I'll scare him off. I think maybe being with Geoff has given me a wierd idea about relationships."

She sighs, "So how's stuff with you anyway?"

"Well, maybe Sawyer will be understanding," Piper said hopefully.

"Things are pretty good, although, right now, I'm worried about Phoebe," Piper sighed.

"She seemed okay yesterday when we were helping Maia, but then I wasn't too great myself then myself, but now you mention it she has seemed a little off, any idea what's wrong?"

"I'm not sure, but it seems very clear that something is bothering her," Piper added. "Maybe we can find out later. She might need us."

Paige nods "well I'm back in dorms, up at the North Attic for now, so I'm here when either of you need me. I'd like to see you both more."

Piper smiles at Paige. "That's good to know. Maybe we all should get together sometime, just the three of us."

"Maybe when Grams comes for parent's weekend we could all go out for dinner or something?" she suggests, "she does know about it right?"

"I think that's a great idea," Piper said cheerfully.

[hobbles into study hall, sets backpack on a nearby chair]

Hey Piper.

[notices that she's talking to someone] Oh, sorry. Am I interupting something?

"No problem, we were just finishing up," Piper said, referring to Paige.

Whenever you're done. I'll just be over here. [indicates crutches and grins] I tend not to go anywhere I don't have to these days.

[ooc: SORRY! Thought this posted a while ago... guess not.]

Piper smiles. "Well, we're done talking, so you and I can discuss the assignment now."

[ooc: No problem. LJ seems to be wonky today. And I will be afk for about fifteen minutes, will return shortly.]

Yeah. I know a lot of people are all worked up, but I'm pretty laid back. As long as you play with in Ms. Maclay's rules, it should be pretty simple.

[ooc: I'll be around for... an hour or so, so whenever you get back. :)]

"Well, is there anything you are uncomfortable with? We need to establish boundaries. Also, you need to think of a safe word," Piper explained. "Got anything in mind?"

"I wanted to let you know that I'm meeting with Veronica Mars and her partner at Luke's Diner later tonight to go over the Ethics assignment. You're welcome to join us if you'd like."
