Lorelai is sitting on her desk, drinking a cup of coffee.

"Since you all did so well on your quizzes, I'm giving you the night off. Grab a stack of handouts and read them before next week's class."

On the desk beside her are the graded quizes and a stack of papers.

"Oh, and don't forget to sign in for extra credit!"

Lorelai looks up from her coffee.

"Oh, okay," she says, wondering what exactly bad ash craziness is. Sounds like some type of drug related thing. "I don't have any with me. You're in my Thursday class though, right? You can come early and make it up before class."

Anya comes in, and grab her quiz and a handout.

"Hi Lor.....er...Mrs. Danes!" she says with pep.

"Hey Anya! I talked to Luke about maybe coming in to guest lecture for the class. He grumbled a lot and swore at me. So I'll probably get a yes out of him by next week."
