So You Say You Want a Revolution: Week 10, Period 3

There was way too much energy in the air, and after accidentally telling the girl at the Perk exactly how she was feeling this morning, Aly had decided to keep talking to a minimum.

When the class entered the Danger Room, they would see the scale model that had been there last week. And then behind it was the outer wall, the heads of guards visible as they walked their rounds.

"Remember last week?" Aly asked, mostly rhetorically. She gestured first to a stockpile of supplies from armor to bread to bomb-makings then back towards the castle. "Have fun stormin' the castle!"

Percy didn't have to struggle anymore to be let go, Aly was pushing him away so Nico couldn't get in another cheap shot. Standing between them and ready to grab whoever moved, she kept an eye on both of them.

"If either of you want to spend another minute of your lives free from scrubbing the floor with a toothbrush, you'll cut this out right now," she snapped. "Fighting in my class is not going to be tolerated, and cheap tricks are even worse." Aly glared from one to the other. "You will both go to opposite sides of the room and calm down."

"Yeah, we'll see if Percy can manage calm," Nico spat. "Watch he doesn't start humping your leg to see if it won't improve his situation."

Nico's eyes maybe betrayed that those were not the words he was actually wanting to speak at the moment, but his jaw was set. There was no backing down allowed.

Percy had actually intended to do what the teacher asked but Nico's big mouth had him stepping forward again to try and pop him in it to shut him up about things he had no idea about.

He was too livid to talk, too angry to even get a few word of verbal abuse out and since he was already in trouble, he almost didn't care about continuing that downward spiral.

It was actually a surprise to Aly that she'd never had to use this particular Danger Shop protocol before.

With a sigh, she stepped back from the pair of them. "Alan, wanna help me out?"

The codewords triggered the protocol to raise a wall between Percy and Nico and leave them both in their very own cages.

"Stop acting like animals," she told them both, furious but barely showing it. "and I'll think about letting you out after class."
