Kappa Kappa Gremlin Meeting, After Classes, Monday [ 11/01 ].

Alexander wasn't exactly sure how Zack might feel about things, but he knew that he was definitely suffering from a vampire related headache. Even the thought of red Kool-Aid was making his stomach feel a little bit ill, so he hoped no one particularly minded an easy day today.

"We've had a busy few weeks," he offered, "so I figured we could all just relax today, hang out, and perhaps play some cards. I figured, we've all got plenty of candy left over from the holiday, which would make for an interesting form of money for betting to give the games a little more of an interesting touch. So grab some cards, deal them out, and we'll just have a nice relaxing hour."

Peter was all smile and smugness. So, the usual. He'd not randomly turned into a ~~Mighty Duck~~ hockey player yesterday, so the weekend was rather kind to him.

After spending lunch with Ender, Ben had returned to his room to meditate, so he looked a little less like a guy who hadn't slept in a few days.

He grabbed another cup of coffee (his fourth for the day, so far) and snacks (no matter how traumatized he might be, there was always space for snacks).

Goose grabbed something to drink and eat, he was actually relieved that he hadn't decided to get a costume yesterday.

He had enough trouble changing into things as he did.

Using candy as your antes, grab some cards and play some games. Poker, gin, bridge, Go Fish, whatever you want.

Peter grabbed a deck and started shuffling.

"Texas Hold-Em, Five Card Stud, who has a preference?" he announced.

Who can't disapprove of gambling too much if it's only candy, right?

Fraser didn't disprove of gambling with candy, no. In fact, he approved and thought it an excellent way to deal with excess candy.

Who are, respectively, now no longer a dragon or a vampire, for better or for worse.

Definitely not a vampire now, Alexander might even be giving a fair thought to vegetarianism now. And vowing to never go by more than one name at a time.

ZACK HAD BEEN A FREAKING DRAGON!!!!

... Okay, now that he'd gotten that bounce and grin out of his system (though he was still vibrating maybe a little in excitement over the whole thing), he was going to stare at the cards and maybe try to figure out what he was supposed to do with them.

Quick and dirty from weekend dedness.

Post-Halloween Candy Poker Games were an institution with my brothers and me. :)

...I am imagining what would happen if my brother and I tried to do Halloween candy poker. However it always ends v. badly.
