Apathy Club, Some Place No One Cares About, This Club Sucks So Hard, Friday

They were probably not under that particular delusion, no.
"You want an activity? I have an awesome idea for one. Here's next week's activity: don't show up."
This week's activity could be bitching and moaning about how stupid the club was in the first fucking place.
