Today was Farnsworth's favorite class ever. The last class! He had consulted his syllabus for the class that he thought this was, and, since he thought this was that class, he was going with it. The class room was filled once more with a lot of random junk with the fullest moddable capacity.

"Your final assignment," he said, reveling in that word, final. So beautiful. "Is to show me that you're not all completely inept wastes of oxygen and space and make something pretty and useful with this junk. I don't really case what it is, but we'll just make the pretense that I do, so you can go ahead and explain what it is you made, too. I'm pretty sure it will be completely and utterly useless."

He stood in front of the class for a moment longer, looking at them all expectantly.

"Don't beat down the door or anything. Go on, go on. I'll get out of the way, right oveer here, in this comfortable chair in the darkened corner which is not at all perfect for napping."

Kitty looked at the junk available, and had to admit she'd be a little sorry to leave this class. Her weeks were about to get a lot less interesting. What was this stuff, anyway?

Claudia, being Claudia, decided to overclock an old toaster.

Would serve the wrinkly old guy right if she managed to blow up the classroom a little. . . .

Scully looked around, and started making a Rube Goldberg device that ended in a small hand-held fan turning. Which triggered a Nerf dart aimed at the teacher.

Accidentally. Yes.

Lindsay glanced at all the junk, wondering what she should do with it. This class had gotten even weirder, if that was possible.

Bruce got to work on a rudimentary grappling gun. Well, it wasn't a gun so much as it was a grappling toaster. And if you plugged it in, it would eventually burn the rope. And the grapple was less a grapple and more a rubber chicken reinforced with a wire coat hanger that had been tied to it..

The coat hanger itself didn't have enough weight by itself, you see.

Joolushko was just going to be over here, making a little sculpture. It didn't do anything, but she was enjoying putting things together in what she considered an aesthetically pleasing manner.

Though Farnsworth is still confused what she's doing here today. What? Did she get totally toasted and mix up which day was her mathematics class?

Funny, Lindsay was wondering if the teacher was drunk. She was so relieved to have survived this class.

Do you have to? Really?

OCD slow due to dog.

Last-day classes with a lazy teacher are also the easiest things ever to put together. Almost too easy. XD But it makes me feel less bad about the fact that I'll be gone for training most of the day!
