The bell rang and Gibbs breezed into the room and started handing out the test before any of the students were really in their seats yet.

"This is your final exam," he growled as he tossed them on each desk. "Answer them to the best of your ability and don't even think of cheating."

Of course what Gibbs didn't know is that while trying to get some tech support on how to use Microsoft Word a certain goth lab rat might have done some slight... editing to Gibbs's test.

Which might be why Gibbs will not understand why anyone might be snickering during the test.

Explain the proper procedure to make the perfect cup of coffee. Then explain why it is better to pour it down the drain and go to your local mini-mart because CAF-POW rulez!!!11!!!

Who have done a remarkable job supplying everyone with coffee and donuts.

Who might be around just to see if the students twitch when taking the exam.

And a big thanks to everyone who participated this term for the course and a big hurrah for all the myriad teachers who rocked with their teaching assignments.

Including during this class! With lots of coffee and doughnuts from Dinah, because she'd heard on the Radio that Beka might be a puppy at the moment again.

Clearly the muffin could have been eaten by anyone, but only someone with a death wish would eat a muffin belonging to another person. Therefore any retaliation against them is just fulfilling their secret agenda.

In order to protect the public, arrest a suspect who refuses to cooperate, or prevent further crime, force can be used with as little violence as possible.

...wow, I'd pay money to see that.

Dinah explained the whole coffee spiel, starting from making sure the coffee maker was perfectly clean and the quality of water and beans and care of the mug and everything else.

E, although remaining alert might be necessary in some situations, meaning Caf-Pow also has its utility.
