Outdoor Fitness and Strategy [Monday, Period One]

The class had gotten an email to come down to the Danger Shop for this class, where they would have found Bond and a rather large jumping castle in the shape of the school

"Good morning, class and guests," Bond greeted them, looking far too pleased with himself. "Due to the not-entirely-unexpected events of the weekend, today's planned class has undergone some restructuring."

He gestured towards the jumping castle. "You may all make use of the provided equipment, just try to keep your progeny from getting into too much trouble."

Awww, he was adorable. And now she had to reach down and offer him a hand.

"Hi, kiddo," she said. "I'm Elena, and yeah, I'm another friend of your mom's. This is Veld, he's a boy."

"Hi," Veld said, both to Rose and to the little kid who had crashed in. He held out the rabbit to the latter. "I dunna Buh-Bun."

"And that's his Bun-Bun," Elena explained. He had told her the name of the bunny far before she'd come up with a way to get him to give his name.

She glanced back at Rose. "Lots of energy," she said. "So is Fandom being cruel? Or maybe there are loopholes to the impossible. Stranger things have happened."

He giggled as Elena offered her hand and gave her a high five instead of shaking, giving Rose a gleeful glance that dared her to say anything about manners. Which was Dimitri's job, obviously, and Sascha knew it.

"Hi Veld," Sascha said. He carefully patted the bunny. "It's a good bunny! I like bunnies. They go hop-hop -hop." And he hopped for Veld in case there needed to be a demonstration.

"I like babies when they're boys," he informed Elena and Rose. "Girl babies are booooooooooring like Marianna."

"Girls aren't boring!" Rose protested to Sascha, frowning at him. "Unless you're calling me boring, and then I'll be sad." Or pissy, shh, except that she was still smiling at Veld. "I like your bun-bun too."

She wrinkled her nose at Elena. "So much energy. And a lot of running and screaming. I think it's karma or something." She shrugged though, a little unsure. "That's kinda - I dunno. Dimitri said maybe something changed? I think Fandom's just a bitch."

Stop swearing in front of the kid, Rose.

"HOP! HOP! HOP!" Veld agreed, squeeing excitedly and clapping his hands. Which made Bun-Bun tumble to the ground. Oops. "Buh-Bun go hop-hop?"

"Maybe it did," Elena offered, lifting a shoulder. "Or maybe Fandom is. It just means there's some world where it all worked out, right?"

In some world, she and Tseng were apparently raising a toddler. She didn't know if that was this one. But it gave her a warm, hopeful feeling nonetheless.

"It's hopping away!" Sascha yelled, diving to pick up the bunny. "But I save it! I'm a good guy and save bunny from the monsters!"

Rose made a face of near apology at Elena for her kid. "Yeah." And cause it was Elena, she admitted it. "It's kinda nice, you know? Thinking that everything happened somewhere?" But it was subject change time, yes, and there was an obvious one. "What'd Tseng say?"
