It was a lazy sort of Sunday, today.

That sort of lazy Sunday that meant that Jonothon was practically duty-bound to accomplish as little as was humanly possible during the course of his shift.

Naturally, the library itself was quite willing to assist him in that goal, in the most frustrating way possible. Every time he attempted to make his way down the science fiction section to return some books, he'd find himself inexplicably lost somewhere in amongst the westerns. A voyage to return a biography had him scratching his head in the middle of the graphic novels.

The library was open and was, apparently, in a mood today.

It's fortunate that Jonothon doesn't eat. Because he'd starve to death attempting to navigate his way out of the romance section, otherwise.

Afternoon

And yet, Jonothon didn't seem to have any trouble at all finding his way to the periodicals.

Now that he was here, he was going to sit himself down on the floor and idly thumb through a Guitar World magazine before nerving himself up to attempt to find his way back to the front desk.

Today's forecast: Sunny with a chance of slowplay, sometime around noon. Headed off to a concert, and then dad is going to attempt to coerce the artist and his wife to swing by for dinner.

This is perfectly normal. Honest.

Henry was a little jittery today in the library. He'd spent all day feeling like he was about to travel, and it never happened; it was like that moment before a sneeze, stretched out to infinity.

He was rather manically resorting some of the shelves as an attempt at distracting himself.
