Today, Hoshi brought a pineapple upside down cake. "It's to make up for the fact that we're not on spring break anymore," she explained as she handed out slices. "Seriously, I am amazed at how well this week's paper turned out even though we had a week off. Give yourselves a pat on the back, and then let's see what we can do better for next week's edition."

"From what I can tell, the other totally new teacher in town this term is Paige Matthews," Joan said. "So I'll interview her for next week. And then maybe we can shift focus to some of the returning teachers or the townspeople who decided to teach."
