Law and Order: Interdimensional Edition - Week Seven

On the chalkboard of the classroom, a lesson title had been written on the board:

How to use camouflage and avoid insane co-workers in the workplace

However there appeared to be no teacher leading the topic at all.

After few minutes, Gibbs checked his watch and sighed. "Ralph was supposed to be teaching class today," he announced as he made his way to the front of the class. "I believe he is playing some kind of joke."

Ralph was so getting headslapped later.

"Since he's AWOL we'll be watching a movie instead called Los Angeles Classified," he continued as he turned on the TV and put in a DVD that was most likely a gift from Tony and probably never watched by Gibbs.

Ben watched the movie, privately wondering how many of the crazy co-workers Ralph knew used to be Jedi...

Rose stared at her desk, still too pissed to even pretend to watch the movie.

Dinah was enjoying the movie, although seriously thinking 1940's L.A. could benefit from some decent private eyes, or possibly a superhero or two.

Momoko rolled her eyes. Of course the one class she'd spent much of the night and previous day studying for would end up not having a midterm.

She looked around a moment, then snuck a comic from her bag. What? This was the issue that resolved the year long plot!

There weren't many cracked Dogs in Beka's Kennel, they'd not survive very long in the Lower City. So she'd pretend it was about lazy co-workers instead.

She had donuts with her too. Mayhap some muffins as well.

Dinah had gone for the full spread of coffees today. And she might be drinking two or three.

On edge and far too close to losing her temper again, Rose approached the teachers at the end of class.

"Did you need me to make up anything from last week?"

"Make up a short story about three animals that don't exist, and the best way to hunt them," Max instructed. "Use lots of adjectives, but NO definite articles."

No.

Rose nodded. "Yeah, it'll be fine," she said pretty much emotionless.
