The good news was, Sam was no longer covered in chocolate spots.

The bad news was, Sam was no longer covered in chocolate spots because he'd stood outside and drank the rain (it made more sense than just covering himself in it!) so there was a sliiightly tipsy president running this meeting.

"Hey guys. And ladies!" he said. "So, Valentine's Day is next weekend, and we normally do stuff for that, with flowers and the dance and everything. We should probably do that again, right?"

Just be thankful he wasn't trying to talk and inhale pizza at the same time.

"We've got lots of decorations from previous Valentine's dances, so does anyone want to take on posting the dance organizing things for that?" Sam asked. "Oh! We have to sell tickets too otherwise nobody's going to come. And flowers, so we can get money. So we need to have some tables during the week too."

Barney was HEALED! Now, had the healing power of vanilla not also completely ruined his suit (it's okay, he was wearing the spare he kept in the office) that might not be a bottle of scotch on the table in front of him. "Who's for making this Desperation Day Dance a LEGENDARY event?" No takers? None?

"The day before Valentine's Day, aaaaaall the lovely (and let's face it, not so lovely) ladies go out in one desperate surge to find a man who will be their valentine! Meaning it's easier for all the men out there to work in a one-night-stand with a vague promise of tomorrow."
