The Club Fair - Gym - Friday Afternoon 2/5/10

It was the day of the club fair, so of course Jean was going to be there bright and early to make everything was set up like it should be. What kind of over-achiever would she be without that?

So, the gym was neatly set up and ready for everyone to arrive and look over what new and old clubs there were this semester.

George grinned, bouncing on his toes a little. "Ye should come. I think we'll all be learnin' so don' worry about that. T'will be fun. Also sometimes people'll wear helmets so if ye smash 'em in th'head, it shouldn' hurt."

That's not why they wear helmets, George.

"Then sign me up," Alice laughed. "Are the helmets mandatory? I'd feel foolish wearing one."

Because, clearly, someone of Alice's stable mental disposition should really be hit in the head.

Rules apparently were important in hockey. Nothing else, but hockey was special.
