ATTENTION STUDENTS:

In preparation for Parents' Weekend, the Student Council and Administration ask that you please let us know the following information:

If you are expecting someone to visit over Parents' Weekend

• The name of your parent/guardian/ward/etc.
  
• Relation
  
• Where they will be staying (remember, there are hotel accommodations in town)
  
• If they will be bringing a weapon (they will be forced to follow the weapons ban as well)
  
• Any additional special needs they many have

If you have more than one person visiting, please make that clear, and provide the neccessary information for each visitor.

Additionally, if you have any ideas, questions, or concerns about Parents' Weekend or Student Council in general, feel free to shoot us an email.

Alanna chews on her lip before filling the form out.
The name of guardian: Sir Myles, Prince Jonathan, and Faithful. I hope, I hope, I hope.
Relation: Um, Knight in charge of my education, the Knight I am a squire to, and my pet cat.
Where they will be staying: Hotel and my room.
Weapons: Myles and Jon will have their swords I assume, however, theirs are not tied to them as closely as Lightning is to me.
Any additional special needs they many have: Sanity for me. Sir Myles doesn't know I'm a girl.
