Meeting as usual in the Danger Shop, the class would possibly be surprised by the old and sketchy bowling alley that appeared behind the doors. All were in luck that the concessions were open, if still just as sketchy as the bowling alley itself.

"Last week we touched on love. This week you watch King Pin, a movie about some Athosian kid with bad hair and a killer arm. Then you'll do like him and bowl. Beyond the movie, I've been told this is a time-honored Earth tradition involving beer, one-on-one combat, and broken fingers. For non-Earthlings, it's easy enough. Pick up the ball and toss it down the lane to hit all the pins." As Ronon spoke, he demonstrated, failing to use the finger holes in the ball, but still managing a strike for his trouble. No one in previous classes had bothered to correct him and so far he seemed okay with this. "You break a finger, I got some tape for it. No hitting people with the bowling ball unless it's necessary." He was kidding, sort of, but really he was wishing he'd picked a TA so someone else could be in charge of first aid.

"Dress out and meet on the lanes."

Everyone's favorite short shorts, tanks, and those super special stinky bowling shoes are all ready and waiting!

Witness (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingpin_%28film%29) the young Quaker man risking it all for the bro-ffection of a drunk with a hook. Then try your own hand at bowling! Or just watch and mock others, that's fun too.

His technique is terrible, but he always gets results. Feel free to say hi.

This was one film Hannibal hadn't seen and after watching a few minutes of it, he could see why. These people were...weird looking.

Hannibal just sighed as he donned the gross uniform. It was getting easier and easier to do this every week. That just meant he was getting desensitized to these monstrosities.

Most of Hannibal's bowling experience came when he was either drunk or with a big group of people. Still, he wasn't that bad. The only bad thing was the ugly uniform and shoes he was wearing while bowling.

Eric wondered how the teacher got this film on video already since it was brand new.

Eric was actually a fairly decent bowler. Nothing fancy but he could hold his own.

Robin was having a great deal of trouble, as the balls were at their smallest, the same size as he was. He couldn't push one hard enough to get it down the lane from a standing start, so he tried a running one.

That was how he wound up clinging to the ball as it rolled down the lane and into the pins.
