Oceanography [Thursday, Week 7, Period Five]

Summer had handwavily let her students know to meet at the docks for class. The weather was almost perfect for it, though she could have done with less cloud cover.

Still, the water was clear enough that she was sure the students would be able to see things in the water, no problem.

"Hey everyone," Summer smiled brightly, once she counted the presence of all of her students. "Today's a good a day as any for a glass-bottom boat trip, don't you think?"

She didn't expect a response but it was okay. "Think of today as an observation day. Feel free to take notes on what you see when we're out on the ocean. And ask as many questions as you'd like. But most important, have fun."

[OOC: OCD coming up.]

Leto was a little relieved not to have to be in the water. Having the opportunity to study water life through the glass caught all his attention.

Anemone was practically pressing her nose against the bottom of the boat as she tried to sketch the things they were passing over.

This was, Joolushko had to admit, a very interesting experience. The see-through floor had been a bit disconcerting at first but she was now thoroughly enjoying watching everything in the water beneath her.

Leda was fine with watching everything through the bottom of the boat. It was anything more up close and personal that creeped her out.
