Punching People for Fun and Profit, Period 1 [Class Seven | 10/21/2009]

Fred laughed a bit, amused about today's class. Again, it was in the Danger Shop for various needed reasons.

The room was a gym, the type with a boxing ring and various bags and equipment in other areas.

Fred stood by the side of the ring, wearing big red boxing gloves.

"Yeah, I decided to swap the schedule a bit," Fred said. "Bouncing we'll cover next week. This week, it's boxing. It's a sport, but it's a sport about hittin' people. Hell, before I taught here, that's what I was doin'. Now, rules vary a lot, so I ain't gonna worry too much about them today. In fact... hell, what else do you really need to know? Now get on your head gear, grab a mouth guard and some gloves, and I want to see you hit something. Whether it's a each other in the ring, one of the bags, or... well, I got a couple of guys programmed in that you can box with, too. Or, if you're feelin' crazy... me."

Fred then grabbed a hammer and rang the ringside bell. "Go to it. Or I'll throw a damn dodgeball at your head."

[ooc: OCD first, please Open, much like Glass Joe's defense.]

Jack was foiled. Foiled Jack decided some body blows were in order.

At least Jack didn't try to belly-bounce back.

"Well, fine," he said, aiming for the head again. Gotta be a weakness somewhere...

Jack was able to block the punch...sort of. He did get pushed back a few steps. "Wow. Hell of an arm, there," he said, darting forward to try to land another blow.

He was big, he was powerful, and Jack was a mosquito annoying a tank.
