Physical Films | Period 3 | Class 6

The Danger Shop was set up like a large gymnasium as usual, but this week there was a giant mechanical bull in the center of the room, surrounded by cushy mats. Riding on top of it with one hand on the saddle reigns was the instructor, dreads loose and face grinning broadly. He dismounted the bull when it was time for the lecture to begin.

As some would say, Ronon was scary when he was in a good mood. "So, this weekend was all about family and friends making you miserable. My friend did the opposite, so you get a fun class out of it. First we're watching Urban Cowboy, then you're gonna ride the bull. See how long you can hold on once it gets up to speed." He picked up a large cowboy hat and talked bull riding safety for a few moments. "One hand goes on the bull, the other holds this hat in the air for balance. Go ahead and place bets on who falls off quickest and we'll see what you got compared to my last class."

Hannibal didn't know if he was going to get the image of Professor Dex riding the bull out of his mind for a long, long time. It was almost enough to push aside the Cher images.

Oh goody, horrible uniforms. Well, at least this was something to take his mind off the conversation yesterday and his subsequent freak outs about doing something wrong.

Damn, these uniforms were the worst thing on Earth.

Hannibal didn't think this bull riding thing looked too hard so he saddled up, got a good hold with his hand and legs and got it going. Of course, it had looked a lot easier when it wasn't moving and while he got tossed and jarred a lot, he managed to stay on until the end before sliding off.

Glad to have not fallen off, he just put the hat on and grinned triumphantly.

Mirax Terrik who does not have such an icon! Woe!

Mirax was almost glad to see the horrible uniforms. It was better than the swimwear.

The bull-riding looked completely hard. This was proven to be correct when Mirax fell off about two seconds in, even with her hands in the right positions.

At least the hat fell off, too.

George was busy thanking the Gods that his mother hadn't somehow managed to learn about the uniforms while she was in Fandom. She'd've somehow gotten one home with her, and he'd've been threatened with it for the rest of his life.

Eric laughed. Possibly because he was imagining Feeny on a mechanical bull.

Eric lasted about thirty seconds on the bull before flying off. "Ow."

Beka was certain there'd been a whole different kind of staring (and laughing) if she'd worn this uniform this weekend instead.

Beka liked having her two feet on the ground. She avoided horses at all costs and this bull thing looked no better. If there was any way she'd avoid getting on that thing (why anyone would want to get on it was beyond her), she would.

The question wasn't how long Yakko was going to ride the bull. The real question is where the hell Yakko pulled six time NBA Champion Scottie Pippen from before riding piggyback on him for a minute.
