"Today we will begin the most important part of your costumes!" Edna announced as she wheeled in a hanging rack full of spandex body suits. Oh, you lucky people, you. (Don't ask how that last one snuck in there. It had been a Very Terrible Costume Concept.) "Measurements!"

She ignored any horrified looks or attempts to hide under tables. "I will be measuring you so that the costumes you create for yourselves will fit! While you are waiting, come up with two preliminary concepts for your ensemble--include your logo from last week on one of them--and then ask a fellow student to critique!"

When she opened her mouth next, she wasn't speaking. She was, well, singing. There was also some softshoe-ing. You're never fully dressed without a smile, after all, darlings.

When her musical interlude was over, she made shooing motions, pretending like absolutely nothing had happened. "Go! Scatter! Create!" She pointed at one student at random. "Except you. You get to wear Spandex first, darling."

The spandex was shiny! Adora approved and waited patiently for her turn to be measured.

Edna wandered over with her step stool. "Ready?" she asked.

Adora looked way down. "Oh yes!"

"You know...I feel pretty! Oh so pretty! I feel pretty and witty and briiiiight! What a pity that every girl isn't me toniiiiight!"

Edna blinked.

Do you feel charming, oh so charming? It's alarming how charming you feeeeeeel! And so charming, I can hardly believe you're real!

She poked her, just to confirm the realness.

Giggling at the poke, Adora spun around, far too happy in her spandex.

"See the pretty girl in that mirror there!
Who can that attractive girl be?
Such a pretty face,
Such a pretty dress,
Such a pretty smile,
Such a pretty me!" Okay, so there was no dress. She wasn't being picky here when she felt awesome singing this song!

Edna was grinning like an idiot, bobbing along to the music and dancing with one of the free spandex outfits.

Oh it was a fabulous way to dance with spandex!

"I feel stunning
And entrancing,
Feel like running and dancing for joy,

By a pretty wonderful boy!

Do you know Prince Edward?" It was so true.

Edna looked sad. "No. Should I?"

"Why, he's the most wonderful boy in the whole of Fandom," Adora sighed. "Even if he is confused by She-Ra."

Edna sighed. "Alter egos can be difficult for civilians to understand," she said. "Perhaps he could become a superhero as well?"

She'd not considered that!

"I wonder if the Sorceress has another sword back at her Castle?! But then, I wouldn't want Edward in any danger..." WOE! So much to think about!

"If he's a superhero, he'd live for danger!" Edna declared, throwing her hands above her head.

"Superheroes don't live for danger!" Adora frowned at the tiny woman. "They work to reform those who fail to recognize that danger is wrong!"

"And how many of those they attempt to reform greet their aid with smiles and thank yous?" Edna sniffed.
