"Today we dress our alteregos!" Edna announced, "and before you ask, no what you are wearing right now will not do." She glanced at a few particularly horrifying examples in the class Claudia and shuddered. "Your job, when you are not being a superhero, is to blend into the background! To be completely unremarkable! To have your neighbors, if asked, reply 'I have no idea who that person is!' when asked!"

She smiled and flung her hands towards the many, many racks of clothing. Nothing plaid, darlings. She has standards, and you don't need to look like a hobo to be unremarkable. "So you will pick out ensembles for each other! Twenty-first century style, please. You want to blend in, not look like a crazy escapee from the Renaissance Festival."

Fiona sighed. As if she couldn't do that. It would be simple enough, after all, not to stand out. She had a lifetime of practice.

"Claudia?" Dinah's still a little nervous to be talking to her, Priestly's claims of them being okay, or no. "I wanted to apologize for, um. Last Thursday." She held out a bag full of M&M packets and mini-Snickers bars. "Just so you know it will never happen again."

"No! None," Dinah assured her, eyes wide. "I saw him on Tuesday and it was like it didn't even happen. I almost forgot it did. I just still feel bad, a little." Because seriously, The Book was no help about how you apologize to your friend's girlfriend for what you did while under the influence of aphrodisiacs. "This was just all I could think to do."

Claudia smiled and reached for the candy. "Then no problem. If you do it again without something weird to blame it on, then we'll have an issue. But last week was weird."

"Whew." Dinah breathed out a sigh of relief. "Yeah, it was. Priestly wasn't even the weirdest for me. Or the weirdest that day." She grinned at Claudia, then said, "He left as soon as we figured out something was strange, so. You have a good boyfriend."

Dinah turned bright red. "A friend of mine in town, who's older? I could see he was thinking of me in a bath tub, 'cause of my telepathy. And I know he so doesn't think of me like that usually, because he treats me like his little sister. It would've been cool but instead it was very, very strange."

"It felt like it a little, but not his fault, so... I should go apologize to him today for embarrassing him. I don't think he'd feel okay to talk to me unless I did it first." Dinah contemplated that, and looked at the candy. "Maybe I'll take him a really big coffee?"

Although she didn't really understand why she had to "blend in" when she wasn't transformed, Momoko was excited about the class today. She enjoyed clothing make-overs!
