Fencing Club

The Fencing Club will concentrate on both Eastern and Western forms of swordfighting. Weapons and padding with both be provided, if you chose to bring your own weapon you may or may not be permitted to use it.

This humble one is looking for a co-captain for the fencing team, one who is preferably skilled in the Western style of the sport. The Eastern side of things is already covered.

Registration for the Fencing Club will run through next Friday, September 16th. If for some reason you missed my initial posting, please sign this paper.

Unless Sidle-sensei has changed her mind, equalsmcsquared will be the faculty sponsor.

This is primarily a sword-fighting club ... we may expand to other weapons if there are enough interested, but there would probably be need of another co-captain then. Let us stick to sword-fighting, at least for this semester.

...I have my own gear as well as a single loaner jacket, mask and rapier.
They're the jacket and mask are smallish, so they might not fit. I'm happy to donate them. I'll have to call the council my parents to drop them off.

Oh most definitely. I outgrew them last year when my parents made me start going to the gym more. You may want to add some length to the jacket, and ummm ... adjust it {looks uncomfortable} about {points at your chest and quickly drops hand} up around here.

I was the captain of the fencing team at my previous place of learning. I'd be honored with you'd honor me with co-captainhood, or possibly just giving me the title. Sting (my foil) and I would be very pleased.
