Student Council Meeting, Monday, Lunchtime (4/6/09)

There was lunch of sandwiches and salad. Nathan waited for everyone to get comfortable before he began.

"Glad to see you all safe and sound," Nathan said. "We've got a lot of work to get done before the end of today's session. Prom is this Friday. We need a theme, we need ticket sales, and we need people to do the posts set everything up. Sign up sheets will be going around.

"The end of the semester will be here before you know it," Nathan said. "We will be meeting next Friday just to wrap things up before exams. But for now: prom. Let's put our focus on that.

"Unless anybody can tell me what happened to Peter yesterday. In which case I'm happy to take a moment to talk about other things."

"I say we keep it simple," Jenny said. "Since we're running low on time. Like, Black and White. That or vague. Moonlit Fantasy, some bollocks like that."

She had a feeling that she couldn't push through something like 'skeletons' again right after the zombie apocalypse. Call her crazy.

"Same here," Turtle agreed. "I like Black and White, but we actually had a literal black and white dance a bit ago, so, yeah, that one in particular might be out."

Joan chuckled. "Hm, okay, what if we do a Hollywood type theme? With a red carpet entrance? That would be simple enough."
