There is a sign on the door of the professor's classroom/kitchen.

Cookery Course Still Open Come in and try to cook something. Help each other out as needed. I'll be in attendance from time to time with advice and first-aid. Making a meal for your fellow students is not only permitted, but encouraged. Making a meal of your fellow students is strictly forbidden.

A large plastic crate is in one corner of the kitchen. The professor is striding purposefully around, fishing out empty bottles from under tables and cupboards and hurling them with deadly accuracy into the crate.

He has a large saucepan on one of the stoves, containing something which looks (and smells) like Bolognaise sauce -- he stirs it occasionally.

Ah, good day. I forgot to say to you how well you did last week. I have things to do elsewhere right now, but you seem to be learning quickly. Perhaps you and Lee here could work together for a while?

The professor drags the plastic crate through the door and into the corridor outside.

The professor takes the forms and glances briefly at them. He nods sagely and stuffs them into a pocket.

Excellent. Well, you're in.

He waves his hand at the kitchen.

There's lots of equipment around, and some ingredients in the fridges and cupboards. I have to pop out for a bit, but Han here may like a bit of help.

The professor walks over to the crate and starts dragging it towards the door.
