Cooking Club [Home Ec Classroom, Thursday]

It was Thursday and Thursdays meant Ned was in the Home Ec classroom for the club meeting. He'd been up a little late last night so he was rubbing his eyes and yawning. He was totally ready for a nap, much like the tiny version of himself.

"Hey guys," he greeted. "Welcome back to being big. And, in honor of that, we're making pamcak--pancakes."

He was never going to get that right.

"Pancakes. Pan. Cakes. Anyway, yes, we're making pancakes because that's, apparently, what I was trying to serve everyone this weekend. And they sort of mask how those weekends go for us. One minute, we're tiny, the next we're big. So, feel free to add as many or as little pancakes to your stack as possible. And be creative. Put chocolate chips or strawberries or bananas in them, if you'd like. There are many different ways to make pancakes. There's moddable ingredients and syrups. If you make the tallest stack, well, I'll be really impressed."

He nodded and gestured to the table.

"Have fun!"

I forgot to get my clean clothes out of the dryer last night. So I put on my jeans, shoes and a bra and figured I'd grab a shirt on my way out the door.

I walk out of my room and say "I'm ready" and Savannah!mun just sort of looked at me and I go "oh, I need to grab a shirt before we leave".

... yeah.
