Flight Club [Flight Shed]

Gavin had almost been hoping for a rain of cereal this morning to make it easier on him in regards to bringing snacks to the club meeting. So, of course, it had stopped raining and he had to go pick up some chips and drinks. Said chips and drinks were now laid out and ready for snacking.

"Hey guys, welcome back," he greeted, nodding at everyone. "Hope everyone had a good holiday and didn't turn too green or anything. Anyway, today we're going to try something a little different. We're going to do scenarios again but this time, you have to pick your scenario without knowing what the scenario will be and what ship you'll be flying. It's a test of your improvisation and adaptability skills. You might not always get your choice of ship and you never know what you're going to run into up there. It's better to be ready than to get into the pilot's seat and have a freak out."

He'd done that before. Shh.

"So, let's get to it."

[OCD is up! Have at!]

Tahiri had had enough of sugar yesterday with the cereal rain, so the chips were very welcome.

She'd be over there nibbling for a while, thanks.

"I resent that." Robin said good naturedly at the turning green remark.

"Help!" Robin yelled, hanging on the cord that was supposed to send hot air into the baloon, but he wasn't heavy enough to budge it.

Ben whined aloud when he realized his ship was a Y-Wing. "This has all the manuverability of a falling rock," he complained.

It didn't mean he didn't kill the scenario, though. The guy was a Skywalker. There was a reputation to uphold.

Okay, so... That little blinky thing said she was going to need more fuel soon, and... She was in a spaceship, so... That meant needing to find a planet. And also...

Luckily, the asteroid that rammed into the ship while she was still orienting herself was a tiny one. Unluckily, it seemed to have hit something important. Agnes turned the craft and got it limping towards the edge of the asteroid field, deciding to worry about anything and everything else once "certain doom" was off the table.

Purely through the graces of good luck, and not, of course, at all due to using witchy powers in any way, the course she settled on let her fly in an almost perfectly straight line without having to actually dodge the swarming asteroids.

Oh, well, this wasn't too bad. There was less to concentrate on all at once in a landspeeder, and it wasn't like Tahiri didn't know what Tatooine was like. Plus, you know, Jedi reflexes.

She didn't break any records, but all the same, she kind of rocked that race.

Especially once he realized that Jaina wasn't coming. Anakin had such a nice glare.
