Dream is smiling slightly as he stands before the class, and he has put out platters of coffee and donuts.

He got them from Deb's. Really.

Classics students: We are going to wrap up our unit on Hebrew with a review of verbs in the language. Review this handout.

Asian Language Students: We're moving into a study of Cantonese Chinese. We will begin with this exercise in Cantonese greetings and short phrases.

We will be discussing these concepts on Friday as well, and both classes will have a quiz on Monday.

Janet comes in with fresh coffee, a couple of books, and resolutely does not think of Daniel the jerk as she works on her independent study in Indo-European.

OOC: I saw, and Jack's in on it too. I'm thinking Janet's too sadly-in-love with him to call him that, but she'll giggle every time someone else does. :)

OOC: Is he? I didn't notice. Anyway, they're her closest friends. They're prepared to hate him any way she wants. :) I almost pity the next person who muns Daniel.

OOC: I think he is. Maybe I didn't notice he wasn't? I'm kind of oblivious today. The next person who muns Daniel hopefully adores angst. Because Janet's so depressed cranky over him that there are a lot of other people who are annoyed with him now.

Ooh. I really need to pick up 7th season on DVD and watch Lifeboat again. And I was reminded once again that I need to explain Operation Manchurian Candidate to you. (Do you have IM, BTW? If so, can you grab my email from my userinfo and email it to me?)
