Library, Friday

Buffy was in a random bad mood this morning right up till the time she got to the library. And found palm trees. She stopped in her tracks for a moment and glared at one, "If you come to life, I will take you out," but after a little while the sea breeze got too be relaxing, and anyone who showed up today would have a much happier Buffy to deal with.

Okay, one weird thing was that when Buffy was headed back towards the stacks, she kept hearing something skittering after her. When she turned around, all she saw was a lone crab who seemed to enjoy following her around.

"And you don't try to pinch anything, or I'll take you out, too," Buffy warned it.

Second Period

While shelving, Buffy found sand on one of the shelves.

She quickly dusted it to the floor and pretended she saw nothing.

Third Period

She was at the desk now, and really craving something like a pina colada.

Lunch

The library was closed for lunch. Because Buffy needed to run into town and get something tropical-flavored.

Fourth Period

By now she'd camped out in one of the library chairs, trying not to fall asleep. Not because she was bored, but because somewhere she'd gotten it into her head that she was tanning.

Fifth Period

Back at the desk, and the little crab that had been following her around all day was now atop the desk. Buffy kept putting pencils in front of it to see it it impeded the little guy's progress at all. Shhh, she kinda thought it was cute now.
