When Words Fail, Music Speaks; Tuesday, Sixth Period [ 03/03 ].

The door to the music room held a bit note, written both in English and Japanese, the latter just because Chad liked writing in Japanese:

Can't make it today. Not feeling well. Feel free to jam on without me.

Because it appeared that the effects of a week-long drunken haze were going to potentially last as long as the debauchery itself, and there was no way Chad would be able to handle listening to music right now with his pounding head. Far be it from him to completely cancel the meeting, though, as that would mean depriving others of music, and that was not cool.

Chad still seemed to have brought muffins and hot chocolate for everyone to enjoy for making it there, left in the music room when he put up the sign.

Savannah needed this and was working on a song in the corner.

Robin listened curiously, but he didn't want to interrupt, so he stayed quiet.

Savannah looked up after a moment and smiled slightly. "Hey Robin."

"Hi, what're you working on?

She blushed. "Uhm, trying to learn this love song."

"Oh I love love songs. Which one is it?"

She smiled. "All Around Me (http://www.sing365.com/music/lyric.nsf/I-Can-Feel-You-All-Around-Me-lyrics-Flyleaf/6EE23CCF0F1AF7114825739200100444)," she said.

"I haven't heard that one. Who's it by?"

"It's by a group called ~~meta~~ A Fine Frenzy."

"I'll have to look them up. How does it go?"

Savannah started singing the song softly.

"Oh that's beautiful."

Agnes sipped at the hot chocolate and watched people.

Music to make the world go roooound.

When Miss Bennet pings in, of course.

Miss Bennet was quite cheery, and amusing herself by playing idly on the piano. She did hope that Chad was not too ill.

At least my computer has seemed to stop being slower than molasses in January.
