Flight Club [Flight Shed]

It was Wednesday which meant Gavin was out at the flight shed, snacks and drinks set up, waiting for the rest of the club members to arrive so they could get started. Once everyone had filed in, he started talking.

"Afternoon, guys," he said, just a little on the tense side. Look. Things weren't working. He was allowed. "I had other plans for today but I lost the kriffing plans and they weren't ready anyway. So, today, we're going to fly weird stuff. Yes, weird stuff. Next week, though, we're going to be doing something different. One of our fellow club members," he said with a nod to Anemone, "showed me some blueprints for something new we're going to try out. I haven't had a chance to get Master Skywalker to set it up in the sim's database which is why we're not doing them today. So, today, just...go have fun and eat a lot of food. Or something."

Cranky, cranky.

"Go!"

Cranky.

John was not a happy camper. He still had no bed and maintenance said he was not likely to get one for a few more days, so he leaned against the wall and sulked tiredly.

Jaina was still probably doing better than most people. She'd spent waaaay too long on the comm yesterday till she'd ended up with a tension headache and was really hoping no one had listened to the radio the last few days (or been in their rooms- sorry, Tahiri), but she hadn't threatened anyone yet and that was pretty good for her.

It was absolutely the wrong week to be as empathic as Ben was. He was fighting off a huge headache and was ready to snap everyone's head off.

Anemone wasn't exactly sure what had everyone looking so dour, but she ignored it in favor of more treats.

Robin wasn't sure why everyone was in such a bad mood. So he gravitated to his friend who seemed in okay spirits. "Hi Anenome, how are you?"

Hoshi was not yet at the point of being cranky, but she would get there soon. She nibbled on a cookie and wondered if she should track down Ronan tonight.

Food! Momoko enjoyed the snacks and wondered what was going on that even Gavin was being cranky.

Wait, did he say Anemone had given blueprints?! Ooh!
