When Words Fail, Music Speaks; Tuesday, Sixth Period [ 02/10 ].

Chad was in the music room, strumming on his guitar as he waited for everyone to come into club, and, once everyone was there, he didn't exactly have much to say.

"So," he said, "I was trying to think of something to do for club today, but then I remembered that all the club is about is really not doing anything except playing and talking about music, so that's what we're going to do."

Sometimes, it was just really, really, really easy being Chad.

"If anyone else wants to talk about their favourite music like Penelope last week, though, let me know."

"Well, I hadn't realized this until recently, but I really like punk, and pop music by girl groups. My favorites are Blondie and Pink. Oh also does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do with my tribute to my friend Beatrice? I'm not sure what the best presentation would be."

Penelope sat at the piano and began to play (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25i56AWtFqk&feature=related) something that was soft, slow, something she's been learning and she hoped others could easily add to it if they wished or if they could.

Priestly had found -- okay, so it was a bucket, not an actual drum. But it totally made noise.

He listened to Penelope play for a little bit, then started up a gentle rhythm to go with it.

He slipped up here and there, since, well, he really hadn't actually been taught how to drum. But it was the thought that counted.

Robin would have tried to join in, but he got caught up in listening. The song was beautiful, but it was also very sad.

Peyton curled up in a corner and just listened. It made her feel sad and wistful. And made her think about her birth mother.

Miss Elizabeth Bennet sincerely hoped there would be no axe-references. Even if she did look badass carrying one, okay.
