Study Hall -- Tuesday, October 11th

Sarah leans back in her chair, a dartboard set on the far wall that she's lazily throwing darts at. Almost every one hits the target -- the ones that don't make her scowl and put her in an even worse mood.

There's a sign set up on the desk that says, "Congratulations to the new student council," but every time one of the winners walks into the room, she gives them a nasty glare. She doesn't trust politicians, no matter how young they might be.

"I think there are going to be a few drinks tonight," she says. "At a few different parties, you understand." She laughs. "I'm sure something will be happening in our room, if you wanna head down at any point."

John nods. "If there's something going on, I might head on down. I've got another appointment earlier in the night that shouldn't take too long. Don't drink too much or someone's liable to draw on your like they did Anders earlier this year."

"Cool. Wouldn't be the same without you." She giggles. "I'm not planning on getting that drunk. Although I'm just thankful that I'm feeling better... the way I was on Homecoming, I was convinced that I'd be flat on my back if I even sniffed the punch!"

"Yeah, well you never *think* you're gonna get that drunk and then you start drinking and the next thing you know there are body shots and you're having to leave the party really quickly," John laughs.

"Kara, Lee, Cally, and Anders were there when Aeryn and I left. It was fun. Really. Even though I drank too much and might've made a fool out of myself." John covers his face with his hand. "Nothing compared to yesterday," he mutters.
