Library, Friday

Another semester, another Friday in the library. Buffy came in juuuuust before the bell, put her stuff down on the desk and-

"What smells like bananas?" she wondered aloud.

It was first period on the first Friday of the new semester. Buffy so wasn't doing actual work now. So she was paging through a magazine instead.

Second Period

The banana smell was starting to make her hungry, and as she stamped a few books returned (she just liked the ka-chunk noise) she kept looking up at the clock to calculate how much time till lunch.

Buffy went ahead and started shelving books, trying to ignore her growling stomach. "Yeah, yeah, I hear you," she muttered, and that was all the acknowledgement it was getting, thank you.

Lunch

As soon as she could, Buffy closed the library to go to lunch. To Chilly Boulder. For a banana split. It was totally healthy, shut up.

Much better! Buffy was back in the library, chilling out at the desk. As much as one could chill out in a library. You wouldn't think a lot of people could, but she was practiced.

By now the constant banana smell was starting to give her a headache, and she was on a search, opening drawers and looking behind stuff to see if she could find where it was coming from.
