How did they keep this place so ~~dazzling~~ nice for these big parties? It was a question for the ages.

But you know what isn't? The fact that there were yet more tables and places to mingle!

Amber was still hanging around ~~and here because the muns browser is dyyying in first post~~ and she found a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a soda and a sandwich.

"Hey there, roommate," Triela grinned as she walked up and sat down next to Amber.

"Hi, Triela," she said. "Enjoying yourself today?"

"So far so good," she grinned. "And you?"

She shrugged. "Good I guess." Which wasn't saying much.

"I have a date kind of with one of the new kids."

"Oooooh," Triela laughed. "A date? Spill!"

"He wears a kilt and has a mohawk, with piercings and whatnot. Totally cool. I'm taking him out to dinner!"

"Oh, nice!" Triela smirked a bit. "I never pegged you as the kilt, mohawk, and piercings type."

"I'm not sure I have a type," she said, considering who's she dated, and who she is supposed to be dating. If he were ever around, oh my god.

"Me neither, really," Triela admitted. Which might have been obvious by her lack of any dating at all.

"Then you do what I do, just go ask someone. I wanted to know if he wore anything under his kilt and I got a date out of it." Hee hee hee.

Triela choked out a laugh. "Did he answer before the date got planned?"

"Nope. That's why there is a date. He'll only tell me then," she said.

"Oh, that's a neat trick," Triela laughed. "He's pretty good."

"Mhm," she said. "It's why I think he's so cute. Besides, I plan on seeing for myself."

"Oooh, aren't you daring," Triela teased.

"Maaaaybe," she grinned. "I am a senior. I have to Live Life!"

"Living on the wild side, huh?" Triela laughed. "I guess if it's going to be your last semester you might as well go all out."

Her tone slipped just slightly at the reminder that Amber would be leaving so soon.

"Yah, you betcha. I don't want to graduate a virgin," she said, quite honestly. And she noted Triela's tone, but wasn't sure what to do about it.

Graduating was going to suck. Plain and simple.

"Why not?" Triela asked. Genuinely curious, and tone making that obvious.

"Just... I kind of want to experience you know?" It's just been stuck in her head and it wasn't going anywhere.

Triela pursed her lips. "I suppose that makes sense." Sort of.

It didn't. Not at all. Amber didn't care.

"Have you seen Liir anywhere?"

"Not today," she frowned. "Is he missing?"
