Hands-On Art, Class #last one, Period 1

Lily almost looked sad when everyone piled into the room and she looked them over for the last time. "Well, guys, this is our last class. It's been a pleasure having you all in here, and maybe I'll see some of you next semester. I hope you had fun, and you know, learned stuff and everything," she said. "And you'll be happy to know that because it's hard enough to grade you guys when art is subjective anyway, and don't think that's not a pain, you're not going to have a final in here. As long as you sign in, you can either leave early, or you can use this as a free period, or you can grab a lump of clay or a piece of canvas or something and go to town. Uh, artistically."

Angela stuck around to do some art.

She grabbed a canvas and some acrylics and started work.

Angela shook her head with a smile. "Sweetie, we just need to find you more than vicarious romance."

"Yeah, I know. I suck," Peyton said and gave her a pitiful look.

"Not what I was saying," Angela told her mock sternly. "And anyway, what I have is so completely undefined I don't even know if it counts."

"Um... let's see here. Kissing? Fooling around with handsome man who seems totally head over heels?" Peyton shook her head. "I'd so settle for any of that."

Peyton laughed. "Ask Brooke. I'm relatively hopeless in this area. But if you want, I don't have classes tomorrow, we could go to caritas or something?"

"I do have class tomorrow..." First thing in the morning. "But if you think I'm not coming out with you anyway, you'd be wrong," she said with a grin.
