Back in their usual classroom, Turtle had a bunch of papers and pencils and colored pencils and the like waiting for everyone in the room. "So," she said, "I think last week proved that we can do a pretty good job of making these ourselves, so I went ahead and put in an order for plenty of material. Today, we're going to be designing stuff. Whatever. Designs for the sides of the tents, maybe, or advertising, or some really nifty boxing And then we'll have plenty of options to use come time to produce and sell, sell, sell!"

Supplies are entirely moddable; go at it!

Ned grabbed a sheet of paper to design a symbol type thing for the tent. Of course, he drew a (badly) drawn tent. He thought that kind of missed the point. A tent to symbolize a tent was really boring.

Turtle was absolutely no artist, but she still went at the paper with determination, her tongue poking out of the corner of her mouth in concentration.

There wasn't much to be said, in general, except that her designs were mostly sleek and simple, and used a heck of a lot of green.

The plan was probably not for Brooke to start sketching clothes, but she did say anything.

Turtle didn't seem to mind too much, though, considering that, when she glanced over at Brooke's work, her mouth formed a little 'o' and she said, "Oooh, what's that?"

A little startled, Brooke rallied to say, "Holiday party dress? Sorry, they're just already running Christmas commercials and I was all inspired today."

"Oh, man," Turtle rolled her eyes. "They've already sent me Holiday Squishy flavors, I totally understand. I like it, though. What you're working on there."

"Aw, thanks," she smiled, and added, "soon to be available on clothesoverbros.com, by the way."

"Oh, nice!" Turtle said. "I didn't know you were doing the online thing. You know, if you ever want a little partnership with Turtle & Canary..." She trailed off, thinking the rest to be rather implied and suggestive, in a very non-dirty way, thank you very much.

That was a very big internal squeal at the thought of any of her clothes in an actual store. Even if it wasn't a retail chain. "Partnership, huh? Meaning you want in on my successful little business venture?" She had to make it sound good, after all.

Turtle nodded. "Absolutely," she said. "I think it would be a really great thing for the community, you know, two business, owned by intreped young entrepreneurs such as ourselves, joining forces to provide quality product at quality prices to the masses..."

That, and maybe Turtle saw a good investment when she saw one, and might wanted to get a cut of it before that stupid pixie got wind of it and tried to make the same move.

Turtle might have put more credit into Tinkerbell's business prowess than she deserved.

"I think it's definitely worth talking about," Brooke said, trying to play it cool when she was a little stick on eeeeee. "After all, it'd be good for you to get in while I'm just starting up."

"I always do like to get a hold on good investments right away!"

Dick had very little design ability. It showed in his designs. They were not very good.

Alice was drawing out weapons, in varying colors and with strange details to them.

For general chatting with your fellow entrepreneurs, or just digging on the snacks of cookies and coffee.

Ned grabbed a cookie and got his brain off of food fights and onto tents.

"Hey, Ned," Turtle gave him a little wave with her own cookie. "How's it going?"

"Not too bad," he said and waved back. "How about you?"

"Same," Turtle said with a nod. "Not much going on. Turns out my boyfriend's dog didn't eat him after all. I really can't complain."

"There was a possibility that it had?" Ned asked. "That's...unfortunate."

"Clearly," Turtle muttered, a bit wide-eyed, "you haven't met Nana yet. Then you wouldn't question the possibility at all."

"Digby hasn't ever tried to eat me," Ned said thoughtfully. "Is Nana like...half dog, half elephant?"

"Well," Turtle said, "she's a Saint Bernard..."

Which she felt should explain it.

"Oh, wow, big dog," Ned said. "Digby's just a Golden Retriever. Does Nana not like Jeff?"

"Oh, it's not that," Turtle shook her head. "Jeff will tell you otherwise, I'm sure, but Jeff is Jeff. I think it's just that she's too stupid sometimes to tell the difference between what is food and what is not food."

When he gets there, anyway.

And there he was! Eying the food. And coffee.

Mmmmm... caffeine.

Come on, brain. WORK. Ugh, today.

I'm right there with you. Stupid brains.
