"Yeah, I think we were all pretty tired. Jack and I did all right though he kept calling me fat and I kept calling him old and Charlie wouldn't stop squirming and that stupid 'H' on his head kept making us laugh. No, but I could've brained him for calling me fat! Oh, his arm's still hurting."

She laughed. How warped was it that they'd all had fun last night?

"I'm sorry I missed it except that I had a blast with Aeryn, Vala, and Cally right where I was. Aeryn kicked some serious butt, by the way because she had to get vengeance for Worthington. It was really impressive."

"Oh, and if you need or want my help putting Aeryn's pulse pistol back together, let me know."

It's official. When they're not playing out bad soap opera plots, John and Aeryn are too cute for words.

"We did what we had to. Janet's back safe and sound, though, and that's really the important thing plus, now all the guys can go back to lusting after each other."

Sam rotates her shoulder, forgetting for the moment that the Asgard healed it for her. "Yeah, I'll probably be there later."

John nods and waves goodbye to Sam. "Next shift at the tank. Better get back. See you soon!"

John smiles proudly. "Yeah, she's pretty damn awesome and Worthington will be replaced. In some way. I heard you guys kicked some ass last night. Probably saved our asses too."

"Oh, I'll definitely need some help. And now, I'll definitely be calling you," John says with a smile. "See you at the carnival? I'm in dunk tank. Bring everyone," John says. "Aeryn and Phoebe have already dunked me and it's made them feel better."
