Grissom sits in the front of the class - he looks exhausted, grumpy, and a little zoned out. He is wearing his sexy as hell, and you know it straw hat in an attempt to make himself feel better.

"Everyone please take a seat, and hand in your homework from last class. [ooc: links are fine] We will spend the rest of class discussing your results."


Assignment for Monday: Read Leviathan by Thomas Hobbes, as we will be having a discussion on Monday regarding the text, and sign up for the Body Farm trip if you'd like. We will have class after we return on Thursday.

Cameron enters the class, looking very much distracted. At the mention of the homework, he jumps slightly, realising that he hasn't even thought of it ever since his Goddess has graced him with her presence. He can't imagine for the life of him that Hathor would care about it either.

"Cameron," Grissom barks, trying to rub his bum under the desk without anyone noticing. "Care to share first?"

"No, sir. My Goddess thinks this is a waste of my time." He doesn't even flinch at the bark like he would usually do.

Considering he's had two huge pheromone doses from Hathor, he might as well be. "No, sir. I am perfectly fine. I do not need drugs to understand the greatness of my Queen. If she were here, you would see my way as well."

"Your queen?" Grissom is very confused by Cameron's behavior, as he is usually a wonderful student. His anger has changed into concern, and he begins studying Cameron for signs of intoxication. "Were you bitten by a gremlin today?"

Cameron sighs in exapsiration. "No, sir. I wasn't bitten by a gremlin and I'm not drugged, neither has the vamp chick in the basement messed with my mind. I'm perfectly fine. In fact, I've never felt this good now that I'm allowed to serve Her."

"Who is this queen that has caused this 'change in attitude'? Can you tell me about her?" Grissom asks, befuddled by teenage hormones. Grissom kind of thought Cameron was gay. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

"Good work. And I'm fine," Grissom says roughly. "Have you noticed anything strange going on with Cameron lately?"

Cameron's face lights up as Grissom asks him about his Goddess. "She is Hathor Janet. She is perfection, she is beautiful and she will rule over us all and berid the world of fluffy bunny plates. I will do anything to please her."

"Well, it is very nice you are in love, but no one cares. Did you do the assignment?"

Cameron glares at Grissom. "She will make you care. I didn't have time to waste my time on anything as insignificant as homework. My Goddess is what matters."

Angela takes a seat and passes in the homework she did with Han Solo.

"I thought it was really interesting," she says. "The person I talked to comes from a world where vengeance isn't even a crime and sexual monogamy isn't expected."

John nods at Grissom's questions. "Yes! Something's been going on with a lot of the guy students at this school. They're suddenly fawning over Janet Fraiser. And Cam's one of the worst. We nearly got into it yesterday because of that very thing."

"Well, how about I give you an insignificant F for the day, and you sit down and try not to disrupt class with your mooning? I hear one random declaration of love out of you during discussion and you can spend Saturday in detention writing Mrs. Cameron Mitchell and pink hearts in your notebook. Am I clear?"

John scowls back and tries to subtly eavesdrop on the conversation Cam is having with Grissom.

For a moment he's taken aback, but then he laughs at Grissom. "She will make you pay for that."

"Excellent work, Angela. I am very impressed with your insights. In fact," Grissom scowls at Cameron over his shoulder. "Because of your fantastic effort, you may use the extra work you did to opt out of any one future assignment or quiz, or use it as extra credit and sub in for anything you did not do as well on with an automatic A. Let me know."
