FANDOM HIGH STUDENT COUNCIL DEBATES

Good evening from the Fandom High auditorium. I'm CJ Cregg and I'll be moderating the Student Council debates.

Our Format tonight will be as follows:
Students and teachers alike will ask questions of the candidates. [Please submit your questions to the moderator via the appropriate thread] Each candidate
will respond to the question in turn, and I will call on each for their response.

After each candidate has gone, any one may request a further rebuttal to address
a point made by an opponent, the granting of which is at my discretion. The press will have full access and are also encouraged to
contribute questions.

In the case of no opponent, the same format will
apply, although the rebuttals will be unnecessary for obvious reasons.



For the position of student council president--

I ask that anyone who wishes to be a write in candidate remain in the audience, and feel free to question their opponent...making clear the potential as a candidate. All responses, please be concise. This is a venue to discuss qualifications, not to sling mud. Let's have a nice clean debate. Let's go gang.

Same old, same old. Got set on fire, met a couple of black-and-white ladies, rescued a friend with alcohol poisoning. You know, the usual for FH.

Just a littled singed. One of the afore-mentioned black-and-white girls doused me with a pitcher of ice-water before it caused more than superficial damage.

We caught the perpetrator and turned him over to Rover.

Oh good. If there's anyone who can take care of fire starters, it's Rover. *smirks* All the exciting things happen while I'm not at work, I swear.

Speaking of which, you already told Mrs. Smith that you wouldn't be there on Homecoming night, right?

*nods* Although, I'm not sure how long I'll stay at Homecoming. I'm not sure how that whole thing is going to work out.

Is it just me, or did Baltar just imply (http://www.livejournal.com/community/fandomhigh/182198.html?thread=7432118#t7432118) that he would "incapacitate" the president himself?
