Reno was grinning from ear to ear as he set up a table for the hosts today.

You could tell he was in a very good mood because on the Host Table there were bottles of coke, and even a half-assed attempt at tea and coffee, and other ~~moddable~~ refreshments as well. He'd scrounged around for a CD of classical music that Tamaki had left behind, and set up said music on the side of the room that the Host Table had gone. Heck, he'd gotten paid that week- there were even fresh flowers, too. Reno could totally manage a classy atmosphere if he absolutely had to.

This, of course, was set up opposite the pool table, dartboard, and poker table, where distinctly grittier music was playing, for anyone who wasn't into the tea-and-biscuits scene. He'd set out some pitchers filled with nondescript-but-probably-alcoholic-fluids, and a few bags of potato chips.

And, of course, at the front door, there was still a suggestion box, in case anyone had ideas for a themed meeting that they absolutely had to share. If they didn't, next weekend was going to include a dance-off. Reno hadn't decided yet if his mood was good enough to allow him to even make an attempt at participating, or if he was going to just sit back, watch, and laugh.

Once they ping in! If you ask nicely, maybe they'll join you for tea. Or mystery-booze.

Come talk to Jack, who's nursing a Long Island Iced Tea, daintily, in a tea cup. Or as daintily as a guy with a mullet can.

Sokka leaned back, put his feet up, and sat sipping tea.

Because you don't have to grab a host in order to show up, grab some snacks, and appreciate the atmosphere... Whichever of the two atmospheres best suits your fancy.

Jack was not above challenging people to a game of pool.

Whatever goes in here will be the focus of the next meeting. You know you want to. You know you want to, ten times.

He is in a very good mood today. It's entirely possible he might grin at you. A lot.

No word yet if he's bouncing or not.

"You seem chipper today," Sokka pointed out, with a raised eyebrow.

"You got any reason why I shouldn't be?" Reno just grinned.

Yes, yes he was chipper indeed.

"Well, no..." Sokka admitted. "But you seem EXTRA happy, and there's not even porn today."

"Should there be porn? I can get porn, zoto." Reno gave a little nod of his head to accentuate how capable of grabbing porn he was.

Also, he was bouncing a little. He'd been making a solid attempt not to, but he was anyhow.

Sokka shrugged. "Porn makes everything better," he pointed out.

Although, strangely enough, he wasn't jumping at the chance.

"Better than good is pretty damn good," Reno observed. And then he shoved his hands into his pockets and forced himself to stand still.

For about three seconds.

And then he bounced again. Just once.

"Good week," he explained. And then resumed grinning.

Sokka nodded, smiling. "Yeah. Pretty good week."

"If the week manages somehow to stop bein' good, I'm gonna be... less... chipper."

Obviously.

"So nothin' better get in the way of me and my good mood, it won't be pretty, yo."

Sokka saluted smartly. "Anyone tries to ruin your mood, I'll keep 'em away. No annoying people allowed in here."

The irony was, of course, intentional. But Sokka DID mean it. He'd even try not to wark this week.

"Appreciate it, Boom."

It seemed like a good arrangement to Reno. If Sokka didn't wark, Reno wouldn't have to bloody up his knuckles kicking the snot out of him.

Once our esteemed teacher-sponsor-type pings in, of course.

Barney was there, wondering why the hell Reno was grinning. Maybe there was something in the flowers.

"Yo," Reno leaned back against the wall, damn near emanating 'good freaking mood' vibes. "Semester's almost done. You'll be free of this bull pretty soon, huh?"

He looked across the room, then glanced at Barney with a bit of a smirk. "Been a pleasure corrupting innocent minds with you, man."

"Corrupting, ha!" Barney scoffed at the idea. "We were enlightening them. If this was supposed to be about corruption, there would've been more easy women, or, you know, Faith."

"Okay, enlightening, then. Showin' them the other side of the fence, or whatever." Reno shrugged. It was all the same to him, anyhow. "Figure any of these schmucks have seen the light, then? Or is that gonna take more lesbian porn?"

Barney sighed, "You know, with this crowd, it could take a lifetime."

"You figure it's just been a waste of time and good booze, then?" Reno looked out at the room again. "Damn. Next week I'm gonna just keep the liquor to myself, if that's the case, yo."

"Never a waste," Barney shook his head, taking a pedantic tone. "It all depends on how we view it. Is it worth our time to expose these idiots to the culture of being awesome? Will there be positive outcomes? I think we should make a chart."

"A little visual assistance never hurt nobody," Reno agreed. "Pros and cons, huh?"

Reno didn't get paid to think. Dammit.

"Con; less booze if they see the light."

I am staring at the insane downfall of snow just outside my window.

There was a hint of a lawn out there a few days ago.

Hooray, freak blizzards.
