Conflict Management [10.04]

Harriet was sitting at her desk today, working through a pile of paperwork.

Once everyone was seated, she looked up. "You'll find some papers on your desk. I'd like everyone to take the test and see what sort of personality you are. Once you've done that, compare your results with your classmates, and identify any advantages you think your type might have over the others when resolving a personal conflict."

Sky took the test and ended up being ISTJ. (http://keirsey.com/handler.aspx?s=keirsey&f=fourtemps&tab=2&c=inspector) The "introvert" part surprised him a little, but he felt the description (http://typelogic.com/istj.html) fit him very well.

Lana ended up an INFJ and thought it probably fit her fairly well. Right now she was just really glad not to be a guy.

I don't find it lame, personally. As someone who loves to thoroughly pick apart her favorite characters and find out what makes them tick, I lap this stuff up. &hearts
