Sam wanders over somewhat hesitantly. "Uh, hey, John. I couldn't help overhearing you talking about Janet. Everything okay?"

John smiles slightly at Sam. "Morning, Sam. Yeah, seems to be the hot topic. I'm guessing you've seen Lee, Cam and Kawalsky? Something's going on here that is beyond my knowledge."

"Unfortunately, it's not beyond mine." She groans as she leans against Cally's desk, making sure not to exclude the girl from the conversation. "Adama too? Damn."

John nods again. "Yeah, Lee too. Saw him yesterday talking about a beloved something or other. I tried talking to her and she pushed me into a wall. You seen her lately, Sam?"

Yes, last night, when she put on a hand device and threw me down the hallway. "Last night. It was...it was bad."

"Yeah, I bugged out early last night. What happened last night?"

"Janet...Janet went a little berserk over some broken bunny plates and she and Kawalsky attacked Jack, Aeryn and I."


OOC: Fudging and vagueing this up, since we haven't actually gotten to that part of last night yet.

"Yeah, she's okay. Mostly some bumps and bruises."

John sighs in relief. "And you? I mean, you look okay if a bit tired but are you all right? And Jack? You guys all right too?"

"I'm fine. Jack's...well, I'm not actually sure about Jack. I think he's okay."

[ooc: Sam's looking pretty darn militant, actually. She's in BDU pants, a black t-shirt, black combat boots, and she's cut her hair with a pair of scissors she found in her desk. Also, there are some bruises and she's got a black eye.]

"That eye doesn't look too good and I'm guessing you didn't do it to yourself. You look like you're about to go Mission Impossible, Sam."

Sam touches her cheekbone gently and winces. It's still a little tender. "No, I didn't do this to myself. But I'm trained to handle experienced with this kind of situation."

She looks down at herself. "Yeah, well, this is actually pretty comfortable and very familiar, which is a plus in combat situations." She smiles. "You should try it sometime."

"Aeryn's actually been trying to get me into leather. I think I might like your look more then the leathers." John stands to leave. "All right, I'm heading off to my room now. Just call me if you need me."

"Yeah, I do, unfortunately. Janet's...Janet's been infected by an organism that's making her do this. What's going on with Lee, Cameron, and Charlie is related."

"I've actually got someone ready to transport her out of here help her as soon as we locate her. But she's highly contagious, so we have to subdue her really carefully."

This sounds really, really bad. Shouldn't we be talking to the administration about this? I mean, they should be able to handle this, right?

Damn it. I didn't mean to terrify her. "This is something that's actually better handled by women." She tries to smile, but it's not that great an attempt. "Which means you can help, but the big strong manly men can't."

OOC: Is now picturing Spider and Jack Bristow as Janet's minions. It's a really strange image.

"We don't really have a plan yet." She frowns, then puts a hand on Cally's shoulder to try to relax her. "I'll let you know as soon as we come up with one, though, okay? We're going to fix this, and we are going to fix what's wrong with Lee and Cameron and Charlie and Ash and.... You'll see."
