Library [03/17]

After everything that happened last week, Sam wanted nothing more than for things to go back to being normal and quiet. He still felt a little tired, but that didn't stop him from heading to the library for his shift. If it weren't for the fact that Dean insisted on coming with him, this could have looked like any other Monday.

Sam eyed Dean as he checked in the books people had returned, and wondered if he was really going to stay here all day.

There were still books laying around from when the researchers had been in the library, so Sam made Dean help him put them all into one big pile.

Sam made it sound like he was really tired, to get Dean to put the books back on the shelves while he checked his e-mail.

Lunch [03/17]

The library was closed for lunch to everyone except the librarian, the other aides, and Dean. Yes, he was still there.

Fourth Period [03/17]

Sam stayed on the computer while Dean sprawled out at one of the back tables and took a post-lunch nap.

Sam grabbed his things and made sure Dean hadn't left any mess behind before he locked up for the day.

When fourth period arrived, so did Peter. Or, more specifically, a Peter shaped blur that all but tackled Sam into a hug.

"You are so not allowed to do that again," Peter said, in no way letting go. "Not until I get time travel at least."

"No," Sam said quickly, not wanting to actually upset Dean. "But don't you have other things you could be doing? I mean, this is pretty much a solo job."

"I tried," Peter said, still not with the letting go. "Just - in case, you know? Maybe I kept some of the powers from when I turned into me from the future? No luck. I couldn't get to you."
