When the various hosts arrived for Host Club today, they might notice that Reno was pacing around the music room, his arms crossed, an eyebrow raised. Tamaki was nowhere in sight.

This proved problematic, so far as princely duties were concerned.

"I'm sure as heck not callin' myself the Host Club King," Reno mumbled, looking around the room. He'd pulled out a couple of tables, some chairs, and made a halfhearted attempt at making the flowers that had been out two weeks ago look... semi-presentable. Reno wasn't so great with flowers, really.

There was no tea in sight. What Reno had smuggled into the room in a coke bottle, there, may or may not be alcoholic. It was difficult to say, really.

What was important to note, here, was that he was making at least a bit of an attempt to do Tamaki's club at least a little justice, here.

[OOC: I seem to have inherited a Host Club! Sorry this is up semi-late, DST and a Sweeney Todd poster managed to break my schedule. As usual, the Host Club is open for anyone to drop in and enjoy!]

"Eh, sacrifices gotta be made when you got a girl, or whatever." He shrugged. "I'm thinkin', drop-in, wide open, more of that fine audio-visual entertainment that Barney can provide, and booze."

He tilted his head thoughtfully. Or, about as thoughtfully as Reno ever got.

"Maybe gambling." Gambling was nice.

"Pool tables?" Romeo asked hopefully. "For wagers, I mean."

"Could probably rig up pool tables in here. It's a big enough music room," Reno mused. "Dartboards too, zoto."

"I'm better at pool," Romeo said, a spark in his eyes. "You know half the school will be here if you do this."

"All the more reason to do this," Reno grinned. "Don't you think?"

Laughing, Romeo held up a hand for a high five. "All the more."

"So how was your week, other than odd?"

High five, woo!

"Odd with a side of freakin' weird," came the clarification. "The shoe thing, I can get over that. Even if my shoes are... dead, now?" Snort. "The singin' like some kinda idiot on the radio, I'm good with that, too."

Really. He totally was. Kind of.

"The whole... havin' a girlfriend thing? That's new."

"I thought the flying cleaning supplies were almost the strangest, save the singing," Romeo answered, giving Reno a sly look. "New but good, right? Bursting into song seems to accelerate a relationship. Though Yurika and I still haven't managed the boyfriend/girlfriend talk."

"You don't see me complainin', do you?" Reno was returning that sly grin. "Noticed you and Doji had a bit of a duet on Tuesday when I was readin' the notes. Sounds like you're makin' progress to me."

He ducked his head and looked at the floor. "Also not complaining, far from it. We had to talk about how seriously to take what we sang, but I think we made up well. Though she's still afraid she'll hurt me." He was rolling his eyes slightly at that.

Talk for he girls reminded him ..."How did your photos of their pillow fight come out?"

"Photos came out real nice." Big, big Reno grin, here. "You want copies? Could probably get 'em on, like, glossy paper. Thinkin' they'd look good framed, actually. What do you think, Romeo?"

Reno was already pulling out his phone to show off his elite photography skills.

The photos were very attractive. The subject matter certainly helped.

They were the most beautiful cameraphone photos Romeo had ever seen, and he grinned appreciatively as he thumbed through them. "You can almost see down both of their tops in this one," he observed, before adding, "...not that I was looking at Rikku."

Reno didn't seem terribly concerned. "Sure you were. She's nice to look at."

Pause.

"You don't wanna thumb to the next one, unless you want a photo of my pasty ass with a fresh tattoo on it," he interjected. Because he was thoughtful like that.

Romeo handed the phone back to Reno like it was on fire. "I saw that in our room and my eyes are still scarred," he informed him. "I need not see photographic evidence."

"And they're both very, very nice to look at." Even though he thought Yurika was just a little nicer.

"Rikku took it, decided she'd like to burn out the eyeballs of my buddy back home or somethin," Reno supplied, because he wanted to make absolutely certain that it was clear he wasn't the sort to take photos of his own behind. Unless he was very drunk, or there was a dare, but those were extenuating circumstances, really.
